I've been created my recipe book for many years. It has got hundreds of pages and still is not finished yet.
I'm not very good cook, but the most important the food is not terrible lol.
Roasted potatoes. The best I've ever eaten. This recipe has been for ages in my recipe book, but I've discovered that only some time ago. Don't ask me why I haven't seen it before. When I made them for the first time, I thought this is what I was looking for. I make them very often nowadays. It's good for every day dinner or party and the most important - it's easy to do.

Peel potatoes and cut them on half. Turn on the oven and heat it up up to 180 *C. Put the oil just on the bottom of casserole. Let it to get warm and then put potatoes one by one next to each other with flat side on the bottom. Keep it in the oven for about 30 mins. - depends on how big potatoes are.
When they start to get nice colour, flick them over and put bit of salt, pepper, marjoram and pumpkin seeds on the top of each potato. Keep them in the oven for another 15 mins. After that they are ready to taste.

Cup cakes. Here are my favourite type of sweets. For me it doesn't matter how big they are, if they are white or chocolate, with fruits, glaze or cream. I love them all. And the most important is they are easy to bake and it doesn't take lot of time to do it.

I admit they don't look like a million dollars, but who cares ;)
My Mum's - poppy seeds cake and cheese cake. No one can bake them better then my Mum. Cheese cake with peach inside tastes really delicious. You can see it on the second picture.
Poppy seeds cake - traditional at Christmas time. My Mum was a Master Chief baking it.
Mum's cakes filled with fruit jam. Another yummy thing.
Cauliflower soup. Don't need to work hard to cook it. I just peel few carrots, celeriac, parsley, leek. Chop them all into small pieces. Drop them all into the pot filled with water with chicken stock cube and pepper seeds and of course one cauliflower. I used to cook few chicken wings in separate pot. Boil them just for few mins then drop them them into pot with soup. Everything need to be cooked until it is soft. I always add ground pepper at the end. I also let the soup cool down a bit and then I put few spoons of the single cream just to let the soup get coloured.

Casserole dish. I found this recipe in a little brochure attached to some magazine. All we need is just mints fried with onions, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Pasta should be cooked first all dante. Now it's time to make the sauce with milk, eggs, tear yellow cheese and chopped green part of the parsley - all mixed together. Get ready casserole pot and wipe it with oily cloth. Put inside - pasta at the bottom, fried mints on the top of it and then tin peas. Then again - pasta, mints and peas. Just need to remember at the end should be layer of pasta again. Then add gently milky sauce. Bake it in the oven heated up to 200*C for about 20-30 mins. After that take it out and put on the top some yellow cheese. Then keep it in the oven for another 10 mins. I remember I baked it bit longer then that.
